CFB Petawawa Community Recreation Department Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be made in writing, accompanied by supporting documentation and addressed to the Community Recreation Administration. There will be a 10% administrative charge for all refund requests, unless Community Recreation Department cancels the activity. If a request is made after a course is already underway, only the remainder of the activity fee will be refunded.
A refund will be given for one of the following reasons:
· Community Recreation cancels an activity;
· A participant opts out before the first class or on the first day of the class;
· In the event of, injury, illness, transfers or career-related Military courses
Participants cannot transfer to another course nor obtain credit if they wish to opt out.
Participants will be reimbursed within 30 business days.
